Our goal is to ensure a seamless and risk free rental environment for landlords and tenants in Barcelona centre. We manage close to 100 properties and pride ourselves on being communicative, swift and straighforward.
What We Do?
Property Management
You can not be here as often as you´d like and need assistance dealing with day-to-day tasks? Worried about your apartment while you are away? we have you covered: we carry out monthly checks, pick up your mail, prepare your place for you or your friends’ arrival and even represent you in the community meetings and do your tax returns.
Rental Mangement
Owning and renting a property in Barcelona can often be demanding. Instead of relaxing and enjoying life you can find yourself facing the challenges of maintaining your property or managing your tenants.
The Let It Out team can take over all of the day to day tasks related to renting your property out. We will liaise with the tentant so that you don't have to!
Relocation and Rental Services
Coming to Barcelona is wonderful but it is not alsways easy to find the right place to live or to understand the different steps to follow to settle into life here.
